just a question- if your bill says due for disconnection and u pay it online via TTEC website can they still disconnect you? on it says pay it directly at TTEC to avoid disconnection but i had already paid it online before i noticed that statement.

^don't think that's possible as drag is a certainty- for it to even work wind has to hit the turbine causing drag which cancels out all gains from generating electricity - the law of conservation of energy still stands.
