no they can't only a transport officer can , and it will it even be for tint, just to give you a hard time until you take it off... there are no LAWS in TRINIDAD and TOBAGO on "TINT" and it has be tested, just like "NUMBER PLATES" & like I said, how accurate is his eyesight? conditions for examinin...
