Re: Will there be an issue with me under a company name?

Re: Employment Opportunity: Skilled Laborer / HVAC tech.

I would suggest every new person be on a 6nmonth evaluation period. Not probation or training, cause thst might be interpreted that they can behave during that time and when it Done they get and can half ass every ting. That time is to see if u can be an asset and willing to increase competency, as...

Re: What the Best Split level AC Units...Carrier LG, Panasonic?

See if you see frost on the smaller copper line. Low on charge means the refrigerant is expanding in the small line and have already changed phase by the time it get to the evap. The phase change from liquid to gas is what takes up the most heat. With a proper charge there is enough pressure in the ...

Re: What the Best Split level AC Units...Carrier LG, Panasonic?

Got one of those GE r410 12000 btu units installed for the kids a few months ago due to the pandemic and home schooling situation. Wanted them to be as comfortable as possible. My issue is we need to drop the temperature to 20 degrees Celsius and turn the fan speed up all the way for the room to be...

Re: Will there be an issue with me under a company name?

One of the company personnel on this is a tuner as a matter of fact.

So we addressing the issue of customers still having faith in the service provided.

I don't intend to be trapped behind a desk so yes I will be outside with crews to oversee work and make sure the standard is maintained.

Re: Will there be an issue with me under a company name?

Pricing should not be very different from mine. We discussed prices yesterday as a matter of fact.

We will most likely be using our own stuff hence prices being so competitive.

Hardest part is to source the stuff it seems.

Some of the faces may be faces that tuners have met on recent jobs. Some of their employees do work with me part time. It's unclear yet as to if they will be pulled into this department or it will be fresh qualified blood groomed into the excellence they provide.

Control board inside interprets feedback from a resistance value of the coil temp and indoor room temp sensors in series. One increases and the next decreases for a particular temperature value. It's easy to misdiagnose as a refrigerant leak because the same code shows up where the values are not wh...

Is yonan a reliable brand of ac? They are the same as the rest of midea built units. IIRC they initially came with TGM compressors vs the rest that has GMCC. TGM is a decent manufacturer, I have a few yonan units in service some time now with no issues. The 24 is a full size 24 unlike some other br...
