Reasonable suspicion U sure? I don't even think is dat. Routine checks is enough. Hence road exercises, cause that ain't no suspicion. Will stand to be corrected if so. You can be stopped by any officer and asked to produce your DP and insurance...for them to carry out a search they need reasonable...
