Re: Question time on my install again....amp question...

The sub in the spare looks awesome.

My take on your wiring is:

Square up the equipment instead of slanted as it looks to have more space that way.

If it does not, then mount the equipment on 1/2 spacers and drill the wire holes under them.

Either way once it gets under the floorboard.

FS or WTB - AOC 221EH 22" Monitor

Hey, I bought this AOC monitor from PRW about 2 weeks ago. It has never been used. I want to use dual monitors but I cannot find this exact monitor for sale anywhere right now. Therefore I am selling it to get a pair of something else. Asking price is $1000. OR, if you have this exact model, I am al...

I had a hatsan gladius that i sold 3+ years ago.
1/2" 5 shot group at 20 yards was normal using a "bench" with minimal wind.
Offhand was significantly worse, probably 1.5" normally.

Re: Calling all air gun enthusiasts

I appreciate the wide bredth of your knowledge in this matter. I would propose a basic assumption that all pcp air rifles available locally are accurate and reliable, using the metric of the rifle itself and not ones skill level (based on the lack of widespread complaints and the fact that a manufa...

Re: Calling all air gun enthusiasts

gtk, too bad that your priorities are wrong way around. Ask any serious shooting sports enthusiast or law enforcement officer and they'll tell you the same thing. Doesn't matter how light or ergonomically comfortable a weapon is if accuracy and reliability have to take second place and you can't hi...

Re: Calling all air gun enthusiasts

Son, with all this talk about features, you looking to get a shooting platform or you buying a car? Either way, take my advice, start with the basics. Specifically, what do you want to do with an air rifle and what you expect it to be able to do, then look at simplicity/complexity of build and reli...

Re: Calling all air gun enthusiasts

Hey, so im looking to get back another air rifle soon. I previously had the hatsan gladius from buckshots. I double fed it a couple of times (which is not supposed to happen because of the anti double feed mechanism) Im not sure if its because the local ones come with fewer features, or the hatsan f...

Having listened to the press conference I am uncertain about a few things: They stated that the government is totally in control. That is a relief to hear. Based on some reading, i am thinking about bringing them more forward, in which case they will definitely need raising to clear the gauge cluster. Re: nano and mini amps

Look into Biketronics amps for small footprint and decent power. Its not cheap though. Think the headunit you speak of is the alpine ilx-w650. It has a truncated mounting depth in the dash to fit the alpine power pack. from the site: CEA-2006 Power Rating: 45W x 4 @ 4Ω/2Ω 90 Watts x 2 @ 4Ω Bridged ...

Tried some listening and aiming tests a few days ago. The only thing that I came up with so far is that I prefer on axis rather than off axis. Depends on what you are trying to do.
For everyday listening blue should be better, but for pure spl, green should be better.

Hello all, Some of you may be familiar with the 2009 corolla install I did a few years back. At that time, my focus was on solid installation technique and generally good sound. That install lasted a couple of years before it was removed, and the car has had a couple iterations since. Mainly: Image ...
